Referral Program

Referring your friends and family is the greatest compliment we can receive! In appreciation, we have started an exciting referral program to show you how much we care!

We hope that the care you receive from The Comprehensive Dental Group of Houston and Dr. Gervais will inspire you to share us with your friends and family. Our practice continues to grow because of the referrals of caring patients like you. We wanted to do something different from the usual referral programs, so we established the Sharing is Caring program to thank you and give back to our community at the same time!

How the Program Works

Print this brochure.

  1. Write your name and address on the referral certificate that is attached to the brochure and check the appropriate box on the certificate.
  2. Give it to a friend, family, co-worker, or neighbor who has never been to our practice before.
  3. When they redeem the certificate, we will donate $20 to the charity of your choice. We have five wonderful Houston charities that you can choose from. We will also send you a thank you card letting you know the money has been donated in your name.
